• Any physical damage, personal injury, device failure, electrical short-circuit, or loss of data caused by improper installation, misuse, or mishandling of smartwatch accessories, iPad covers, or tech gadgets.

• Delays, lost items, stolen goods, or physical parcel damages caused during transit by third-party courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax, CallCourier).

2. Orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) & Fake Order Blacklisting

• Order Confirmation: All orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to call/WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch. We reserve the absolute right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion without prior explanation.

• Non-Acceptance & Blacklisting: Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep upon delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason will result in immediate blacklisting of the customer's phone number and address across our nationwide delivery network for future COD services.

3. Product Representation & Accuracy We make every effort to display the true colors, dimensions, and specifications of our products. However, due to individual monitor settings, screen resolutions, and mobile display variations, actual product appearance or color may slightly differ. Products are supplied on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Compatibility with third-party devices must be independently verified by the customer before ordering.

4. Third-Party Links & Services Our website is powered by Shopify and may integrate third-party payment gateways, analytics tools, or external links. Online Expo, its owner, and proprietor assume no liability or responsibility for any third-party websites, fraudulent links, unauthorized agents, or external tools operated outside our direct control.

5. Pricing & Product Modifications Prices, descriptions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities per customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate operational agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or relating to Online Expo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
